In a previous post called, Libra Health: How to Maintain Holistic Health Part II, we discussed how Libra rules the skin. In this post we will explore a few ways I discovered can help rejuvenate the skin, or possibly reverse aging.
First Tip
Anti-Aging Self Facial Massage
Self-Care facial massage not only promotes relaxation but also helps improve blood circulation, reduce tension, and enhance the appearance of your skin. Perform self-facial massage for at least 5-10 minutes each day. Below are 7 basic steps to perform a self-facial massage.
STEP 1: Preparation
Start with clean hands and a clean face. After you cleanse the skin, apply a natural oil moisturizer to prepare for a smooth facial massage.
STEP 2: Warm-Up
Gently warm up your face muscles by lightly tapping your fingertips over your face. This will prepare your skin for the massage
STEP 3: Forehead Massage
Begin at your forehead and use your fingertips to create upwards and outward strokes. Gently massage your temples to release stress.
STEP 4: Eye Area
Be extra gentle around the delicate eye area. Use your ring fingers to perform small circles around your eyes to reduce puffiness and dark circles. At Dollar Tree, I found a really cool under eye roller called, Sassy+Chic Under-Eye Massagers. This tool has been very helpful in helping me reduce puffiness.
STEP 5: Cheeks
Use your palms to gently rub your cheeks in an upward motion. This helps to lift and tone the skin.
STEP 6: Jawline and Neck
With your palms, massage your jawline and neck in upward motions to prevent sagging.
STEP 7: Finish at the Chin
Finally, end the massage by gently massaging your chin with upward strokes.

Meditation for Reverse Aging

Another great practice I’ve recently discovered that has some claims to Anti-aging and rejuvenating the skin holistically is, listening to Binaural beats. I often find YouTube Meditations to listen to that helps me be in the frame of mind of reverse aging or work towards healing my body.
Concluding Thoughts
All though many of these practices are great for reserving your glorious glowing skin, you should still be mindful of how you take care of yourself. Eating holistically, maintaining a healthy body weight, drinking an adequate amount of water is vital for maintaining healthy skin.
