How I Work

My work is a blend of astrology and energy-based guidance designed to help you understand what’s happening in your life and move through it with more clarity, calm, and direction.

Rather than focusing on prediction or surface-level insight alone, I guide you through a simple three-part process:

Reflection (Astrology)

We begin by using your birth chart or astrocartography to understand your patterns, themes, and timing. This part brings awareness, helping you see what’s been influencing your choices, emotions, relationships, and direction in life.

Astrology is used here as a mirror, not a label. It helps you step back and see the bigger picture of where you are and what’s unfolding.

Session (Healing or Guidance)

From there, we move into a focused session that supports emotional release, clarity, and energetic alignment.

This is where the experience becomes felt, not just understood. Clients often describe this part as calming, grounding, and surprisingly clarifying. I combine intuitive guidance with energy-based practices to help you shift what feels heavy, stuck, or unclear.

Integration (Aftercare)

After your session, you receive personalized follow-up insights to help you integrate what came through.
