The amount of water a person should drink can vary. It can be based age, sex, activity level, climate, and overall health. However, a general guideline to consider is the “8×8 rule,” which suggests drinking eight 8-ounce glasses of water a day, totaling about 2 liters or half a gallon. Ayurveda encourages mindful drinking and listening to your body’s signals of thirst. Instead of mindlessly drinking large quantities of water, Ayurveda suggests sipping water slowly when you feel thirsty and paying attention to your body’s needs.
I tend to follow the Ayurveda teachings on drinking water, which is a topic that I will explore more in the future. Regardless, one of the most important things when it comes to maintaining healthy kidneys is to stay hydrated. Listen to your body. Thirst is a natural indicator that your body needs fluids.

Being a sign that love balance and harmony can find it quite difficult when a breakout or skin condition manifest. Before we explore how to take care of our beautiful skin, let’s list the importance of the skin.

- Reflects Our Internal Health, Such as Skin Conditions.
In order to achieve that infamous Libra glow, you must nourish your body from within. Things like mindful eating is a practice where you pay attention to your eating habits. Savor each bite. Chew your food thoroughly. Don’t ignore when your body is letting you know it’s hungry or full.
Talk to a licensed dietitian prior to starting a new diet if needed, but by including foods that are nutrient-dense, such as leafy greens, berries, nuts, seeds, and fatty fish like salmon can provide your skin with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that promotes healthy skin from within.
