INTRODUCTION
As we moved away from Leo Season into Virgo Season, I wanted to do a blog that highlights the importance of Holistic Self-Care for Leo Rising, Moon, Sun or anyone who’s interested in improving their overall well-being.
LEO ASTROLOGICAL SIGN
Leo is a sign that’s associated with the Sun. Our Sun signs holds the key to our soul mission. It gives us a sense of purpose in life. Some of the qualities and traits that Leo’s are associated with is:
1. CREATIVITY
2. ROMANCE or FALLING IN LOVE
3. HAVING FUN
4. BEING a CELEBRITY or WELL KNOWN
5. HAVING a GIVING HEART
Leo’s can be the life of the party. Wowing people with their charisma and cheerful nature. However, being the center of attention or life of the party can come with growing pains if you don’t practice self-care.
Taking the time to pamper yourself is very important when you are the source of feul for so many people. Many may come to you for support and spiritual guidance. While being their for others is important, its especially important to pamper yourself. Have a spa day or spend that much needed time alone for self-reflection and inner healing. By looking out for your overall well being, you’ll be able to keep shining your glorious light on others.
HOLISTIC HEALTH-CARE TIPS
The two main parts of the body that Leo is identified with is the heart and the spine. As many know, heart health is extremely important to your body’s blood flow and blood pressure. Without a heart you fail to live on this planet. The spine is what supports the body to move with ease.
In order to support your heart health and your spine health, you must implement healthy practices. A wellness program can guide you on the best exercises and diet for your body type. As a Leo Rising, some of the exercises for flexibility and stretches I like to do are seen in the diagram below. These exercises are fun and give my body the flexibility to move and stay active.
Stretch Exercises for the Back
Another thing that I’m consistently working on is eliminating processed food from my diet. With a hectic schedule it can be difficult to stay consistent with healthy eating habits. That’s why I’m implementing meal prepping that consists heart healthy foods such as omega 3- rich fish, nuts, high vibrational fruits and vegetables. I know its not always easy, but great health is our true wealth.
Conclusion
There’s so much more I could share about how to take care of your Holistic health by knowing your Zodiac, but I wanted to keep this blog short and sweet. The main points are: 1) Take time out to pamper yourself. 2) Exercise. 3) Eat nutritional meals. 4) Support your back by stretching.
