Thank you for choosing to work with MysticaLiving. I want you to feel informed and comfortable with your purchase, so please take a moment to review the refund and cancellation guidelines below before purchasing.
I understand that life happens and circumstances can change. My goal is to have a policy that is both fair to you and respectful of the time, energy, and preparation that goes into each MysticaLiving service.
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and may change without notice.
Digital Products & Courses
Digital products, including e-books, guides, courses, recordings, downloads, and other digital content, are non-refundable.
Because these products are delivered digitally and can be accessed immediately after purchase, all digital product sales are final.
By purchasing a digital product or course, you agree to the full purchase amount, whether you choose a one-time payment or an available payment plan.
If you decide not to use the product or complete the course after purchasing, the purchase remains non-refundable.
Astrology Reports & Readings
Astrology reports and readings are personalized services created specifically for you. Once work begins, time is dedicated to reviewing your chart, preparing your reading, and creating your personalized materials.
Cancellation Before Work Begins
If you need to cancel your astrology report, reading, or other eligible service, please contact MysticaLiving as soon as possible.
Cancellation requests made less than 24 hours before work begins are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellation requests made 24 hours or more before work begins are eligible for a 25% partial refund of the original cost of the service.
Example: If the original cost of your reading is $187.00 and you provide 24 hours or more notice of cancellation, your partial refund would be $46.75, which is 25% of the original $187.00 service cost.
Once your report or reading has been completed or delivered, no refund will be available.
Satisfaction With Your Reading
Astrology is a personalized interpretive service, and each reading is based on the information and birth data provided by the client.
Not being satisfied with an astrology reading, report, interpretation, or other service that has already been completed or delivered does not qualify for a refund.
If you have questions or concerns about your reading or service, I encourage you to reach out so we can discuss them.
Your Birth Information
Please carefully review your birth information before your reading is completed, including:
- Birth month
- Birth day
- Birth year
- Exact birth time
- Birth location, when requested
Accurate birth information is important for an astrology reading.
If MysticaLiving makes an error by analyzing the wrong birth date or birth time provided to me, I will correct and redo the affected report or pre-recorded reading at no additional charge.
This correction does not qualify for a refund because the service will be corrected and completed for you.
By purchasing an astrology report or reading, you agree to the full purchase amount, whether you choose a one-time payment or payment plan.
Remote Reiki & Energetic Healing Sessions
Remote healing sessions are personalized appointments that are reserved specifically for you.
I understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide notice as soon as possible.
Cancellation With More Than 24 Hours’ Notice
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your scheduled session may be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.
Cancellation Within 24 Hours
If you need to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, please still reach out. A partial refund or rescheduling option may be available depending on the circumstances.
Because your appointment time has been reserved specifically for you, last-minute cancellations may limit my ability to offer that time to another client.
Satisfaction With a Healing Session
Because energetic healing is a personalized service and individual experiences may vary, not being satisfied with a completed remote healing or energetic service does not qualify for a refund.

Missed Appointments
If you miss your scheduled appointment without notice, the session may not be eligible for a refund or complimentary rescheduling.

By purchasing a remote healing session, you agree to the full purchase amount, whether you choose a one-time payment or payment plan.
Coaching & Mentorship Programs
Coaching and mentorship are personalized experiences that may include preparation, educational materials, exercises, communication, and individualized support.
Because time and resources are reserved for each participant, coaching and mentorship programs become non-refundable once the program begins.
Not being satisfied with a coaching or mentorship service, choosing not to participate, or deciding that the program is no longer right for you does not qualify for a refund once the program has begun.
If you are unsure whether a program is right for you, I encourage you to reach out before purchasing. I’m happy to answer questions and help you determine whether the offering fits what you’re looking for.
By purchasing a coaching or mentorship program, you agree to the full purchase amount, whether you choose a one-time payment or payment plan.
Programs and services are non-transferable. Payments made toward one coaching or mentorship offering cannot be transferred, exchanged, or applied toward another offering unless MysticaLiving agrees to this in writing.
Payment Plans
If you choose a payment plan, you are agreeing to the full purchase price according to the payment schedule presented at checkout.
Payment plans are not automatically canceled if you decide not to continue participating in a program or service.
Payment plans generally cannot be paused, extended, or renegotiated after purchase unless MysticaLiving agrees to a change in writing.
If a scheduled payment is missed and remains unpaid for more than 24 hours:
- Access to coaching, program content, or support may be temporarily paused.
- You remain responsible for the scheduled payments.
- Access to program materials, coaching spaces, or support may be suspended while the account is past due.
- Access may be restored once the account is brought current.
Please make sure your payment method remains current so your scheduled payments can be processed successfully.
For in-person events, clients must be current on all payments owed to MysticaLiving before attending.

Exceptions
I understand that unexpected and difficult circumstances can happen.
In certain extenuating circumstances, MysticaLiving may make an exception to this policy on a case-by-case basis.
Any exception is considered individually and is at the discretion of MysticaLiving. Granting an exception in one situation does not create an obligation to make the same exception in another situation.

By completing a purchase through MysticaLiving, you confirm that you have:
