MysticaLiving Refund Policy

We encourage clients to carefully review all course details and ensure it meets your needs before making a purchase.

1. No Refund on Courses, E-Books or Digital Products, Submitted Reports
2. Astrological Reports: Given the nature of astrological readings, we do not offer refunds for completed astrology readings.
3. Astrology pre-recorded Readings: We will need a 24 notice to cancel a pre-recorded reading. No Refunds will be allowed on pre-recorded readings already submitted.
4. Make sure you provide the exact Birth Day, Month, Year and Time of Birth prior to receiving an astrological reading.
5. SPVIP Membership Return Policy: The SPVIP Membership is a one-time fee that grants you the ability to promote your offerings on the main page. As the group expands, your membership locks you into this special rate for life, it will never increase for you. Due to the digital and promotional nature of this membership, all sales are final. Once purchased, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Remote Sessions: Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients in need.

Full Refund Eligibility

If an appointment is canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice, the client will be eligible for a full refund or may choose to reschedule at no additional cost.

Late Cancellation

If an appointment is canceled more than 24 hours after scheduling, the client will not be eligible for a full refund. In this case, a partial refund will be administered. The amount of the partial refund will be determined based on the specific circumstances of the cancellation.

Exceptions

In certain extenuating circumstances, MysticaLiving reserves the right to make exceptions to the above policies. These decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis and are at the sole discretion of MysticaLiving.
