MysticaLiving Refund Policy
1. No Refund on Courses or E-Books
Please note that all course purchases from MysticaLiving are final. We do not offer refunds on any Courses or E-Books once they have been purchased. We encourage clients to carefully review all course details and ensure it meets their needs before making a purchase.
2. Appointment Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients in need.
3. Full Refund Eligibility
If an appointment is canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice, the client will be eligible for a full refund or may choose to reschedule at no additional cost.
4. Late Cancellation
If an appointment is canceled more than 24 hours after scheduling, the client will not be eligible for a full refund. In this case, a partial refund will be administered. The amount of the partial refund will be determined based on the specific circumstances of the cancellation.

6. Exceptions
In certain extenuating circumstances, MysticaLiving reserves the right to make exceptions to the above policies. These decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis and are at the sole discretion of MysticaLiving.
